Since each curtain is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a discounted replacement for incorrect measurements — 45% off with air shipping or 65% off with sea shipping, within 30 days of delivery.

Seam Policy
This fabric is crafted without seams to preserve its pattern.
The maximum panel length is 104 inches.
If you would like a longer panel, a horizontal seam would be required, which may interrupt the visual flow of the fabric and be noticeable once hung.
