Washing: Hand wash in cold water (30°C / 86°F) with a mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
Drying: Air dry your curtains. For best results, dry clean with any solvent except trichloroethylene.
Ironing: Iron while damp using a low heat setting (below 110°C/230°F). Place a thin cloth over the fabric to protect it.
Maintenance: Regularly vacuum your curtains to keep them fresh. Do not twist.

Since each shade is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a discounted replacement for incorrect measurements — 45% off with air shipping or 65% off with sea shipping, within 30 days of delivery.

We recommend selecting two separate Roman shades for window widths exceeding the maximum option. This ensures optimal functionality and longevity, as wider shades may become too heavy to maintain proper support.
